Cherie Duddridge is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry. She is the founder of C&I Consultants, a firm specializing in collaborative contracting, property & service contracting, and leadership development. Her extensive career spans roles in oil industry retail, aviation, and property management, with professional experience across the Americas, UK, Europe, Australia, and India. Cherie is passionate about inspiring and developing future leaders and aligning top talent with the right opportunities.

Cherie began her career at BP, focusing on retail service station design before advancing to aviation fuel design, fuel quality, fueling operations, and Health and Safety. Her commitment to environmental protection is evident in her emphasis on sustainable practices from project inception through modification. Transitioning from technical roles to business-focused support, she excelled in Property Management, overseeing an expanding portfolio from Naperville, IL, to the Gulf of Mexico restoration and the Houston Campus. Cherie also led a peer network across the Americas and Europe, sharing best practices and driving a major cultural shift by implementing a Global Vested Agreement in a decentralized organization, fostering efficiency, innovation, and sustainability.

Cherie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and has completed graduate-level courses in Environmental Engineering at the University of Houston. She earned her Certified Deal Architect certification from the University of Tennessee’s Haslam School of Business, actively applying its principles. In addition to her professional achievements, Cherie has served on several boards, including SIDS Prevention of Illinois and the Taylor HS Orchestra Parent Board. She currently serves as the President of the Arc of Katy Board.
